- Managing the full sales cycle for Web3 projects, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Leading in-depth discovery conversations with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to articulate OpenZeppelin’s unique value proposition.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets to accelerate revenue growth in your region.
- Staying abreast of rapidly evolving market trends and competitive dynamics to proactively shape outreach strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Representing OpenZeppelin at prominent industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build strategic relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts, tracking performance metrics, and continuously refining your sales approach using data-driven insights.
📌 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise, full-cycle sales with a consistent history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
- Experience selling cybersecurity products and/or services to developers or other technical customers.
- A strong understanding of Web3 concepts, including smart contracts, DeFi, DAOs, and Layer 2 Rollups.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a globally distributed team to meet deadlines.
- A data-driven mindset combined with creativity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
