- Performing full-cycle recruiting for diverse technical roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, reflecting Binance’s commitment to talent.
- Collaborating closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to continuously refine and improve our hiring processes.
- Driving or actively participating in various HR projects and talent initiatives.

📌 Requirements
- 3-6+ years of proven recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced Internet company or reputable agency environment.

- Fluency in English is mandatory for effective global coordination. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
