As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Binance’s growth, playing a vital role in securing the best talent globally. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing full-cycle recruiting for diverse technical roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, reflecting Binance’s commitment to talent.
  • Collaborating closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to continuously refine and improve our hiring processes.
  • Driving or actively participating in various HR projects and talent initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organized recruiting databases.
  • Developing and nurturing a robust pipeline of high-quality talent through proactive networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

📌 Requirements

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-oriented professional with a genuine enthusiasm for the crypto industry. Essential qualifications include:
  • 3-6+ years of proven recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced Internet company or reputable agency environment.
  • Experience in business/corporate talent hiring, particularly within Web3/Crypto companies, is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for effective global coordination. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Experience with market mapping for global or Asia-specific talent pools.
  • A successful track record of consistently meeting aggressive hiring goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently.
  • A positive and informed outlook on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
