📄 Job Description

This role sits within the Growth Team, working closely with the Growth Lead and Developer Experience Engineer. You’ll translate strategic direction into tangible actions, ensuring builder programs run smoothly and that the developer and builder community thrives.

🌱 Key Initiatives You’ll Grow

  • GoodBuilders Program: Support and scale our flagship accelerator, guiding projects from conception to production.
  • Gardens Builders Pool: Coordinate and expand the developer-governed funding pool dedicated to ecosystem projects.
  • Bounties: Manage and grow open-source contributions to the GoodDollar codebase, fostering a culture of collaborative development.
  • Hackathons: Organize and represent GoodDollar at online hackathons and participate in G$ tracks at partner events, expanding our reach and engagement.

🧩 Responsibilities

  • Growth & Outreach:
    • Significantly expand the number of active developers and projects within the GoodDollar ecosystem.
    • Proactively identify and onboard aligned builders, DAOs, partners, and open-source communities.
    • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key developer communities and relevant organizations.
    • Actively represent GoodDollar in public forums, including hackathons, industry events, Twitter Spaces, podcasts, and online forums.
  • Program Management & Onboarding:
    • Translate overarching Growth strategy into effective operational programs and enriching builder experiences.
    • Design and meticulously manage processes and materials for all builder initiatives, including applications, onboarding flows, comprehensive guides, development kits, progress tracking, and robust reporting.
    • Ensure clear, up-to-date, and accessible documentation across platforms like Notion, GitHub, and various community channels.
    • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to define and report on crucial success metrics for builder engagement and program effectiveness.
    • Prepare concise end-of-round reports and insightful “lessons learned” summaries to contribute to ecosystem documentation.
  • Community Engagement & Communication:
    • Manage and moderate community channels dedicated to programs and builders (Discord, Telegram, social media, forums).
    • Lead daily communications during active program rounds, sharing updates, promoting events, addressing queries, posting reminders, and ensuring continuous builder engagement.
    • Host interactive workshops, AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions, and live sessions to onboard new builders and foster ongoing participation.
    • Celebrate significant project milestones and actively amplify builder achievements across our platforms.
    • Maintain a consistent and effective feedback loop between builders, the Growth Team, and the wider GoodDollar team.
  • Developer Support & Feedback:
    • Systematically collect and organize feedback from builders to inform and drive continuous improvements across the ecosystem.
    • Collaborate closely with the Developer Experience Engineer to enhance SDKs, documentation, and development tooling.
    • Work with the Data Analyst to monitor, report, and optimize key developer engagement metrics.

This is not a product development or general comms role — it’s an ecosystem and builder-facing operations position that turns GoodDollar’s strategy into active participation and real impact. You’ll be the person ensuring every builder feels supported, every program runs smoothly, and every success story gets shared.
