As the first Analytics Engineer for our Go-To-Market team, you will be pivotal in defining and building the analytics infrastructure that drives our success. You will own the GTM data ecosystem from end-to-end, ensuring it is reliable, accessible, and scalable to meet our rapidly evolving business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and construct core data models to significantly enhance analysis efficiency, providing rapid and reliable insights for various teams.
• Develop highly intuitive and visually impactful dashboards, prioritizing self-serve solutions that drive high business impact.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to deeply understand their data requirements, delivering tailored solutions while rigorously ensuring scalability.
• Provide visionary leadership in a developing space, identifying the fundamental questions to solve and unearthing key insights that directly inform critical business decisions.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Analytics Engineer who is eager to take ownership and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an analytics engineer, data engineer, data scientist, or a similar data-focused role.
• Proven domain expertise within the Go-To-Market (GTM) function.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
• Extensive experience working with marketing and sales data structures and platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce, Google Ads, Reddit, and Facebook.
• Familiarity with modern data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, data transformation tools like DBT, and customer data platforms (CDPs) like Segment.
• Demonstrated experience in data modeling, including dimensional modeling and adherence to analytics engineering best practices.
• A strong track record of creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• A bias for action and impact, with the ability to move quickly and advocate effectively for your work.
• A strong sense of ownership, excited to lead projects, align stakeholders towards common goals, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
• An enthusiasm for being an early member of a small, rapidly changing team where everyone contributes.
• While not required to be an expert, a genuine interest in learning about crypto and investments, and an eagerness to integrate this into your career.
