- Writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality, production-level code for blockchain software and infrastructure.
- Taking ownership of end-to-end feature development, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Contributing proactively to architecture and design decisions, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges within production environments.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of best practices.
- Actively participating in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.
- Driving continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and testing strategies.

📌 Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Strong academic background in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on Rust.
- Deep expertise with Rust’s ecosystem, including build systems, package managers, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, Ethereum, or other decentralized protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to develop mission-critical features and proficiently navigate complex, large-scale codebases.
- Proven experience in conducting and receiving thorough code reviews, emphasizing high-quality, maintainable code.
- Comfortable with end-to-end feature ownership: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a track record of effective teamwork in cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in Git and standard GitHub workflows.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- A habit of writing comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code robustness.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with cryptography or security, particularly zero-knowledge proofs.
