As a Volunteer Administrative Support Specialist, you will be a vital part of our core team, ensuring our administrative operations run smoothly. Working directly with the Founder/CEO, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks.
  • Maintaining organized records, files, and shared documents across multiple departments.
  • Drafting, formatting, and editing letters, forms, and internal/external communications.
  • Assisting with meeting preparation, scheduling, and sending reminders for deadlines.
  • Recording detailed meeting notes and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Coordinating team communication to ensure consistent updates are shared.
  • Supporting onboarding processes and document organization for new volunteers and staff.
  • Assisting other departments with data entry, organization, and reporting as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflow and communication efficiency within the organization.
This role is primarily digital, focusing on effective communication, meticulous documentation, and consistent follow-through.
