Your core responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining executive calendars and managing appointments.
- Organizing and managing emails for efficiency and clarity.
- Creating and preparing presentations or spreadsheets as needed.

- 1+ years of administrative experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- Availability during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM in your time zone) for regular client communication. This role cannot be combined with another job that limits availability during these hours.
