As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on technical roles, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent globally. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing full-cycle recruiting activities: strategic sourcing, in-depth interviewing, efficient coordination of the hiring process, and skillful offer negotiation.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from the very first introduction through to successful onboarding.
• Collaborating closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously enhance and optimize our hiring processes.
• Actively driving or participating in various HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Maintaining and managing recruiting databases with precision and timeliness.
• Developing and nurturing a robust, continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through diverse methods, including community networking, university engagement, attending job fairs, and fostering ongoing relationships with promising candidates for future opportunities.

We are seeking a proactive, skilled, and crypto-positive recruiter with the following qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a top-tier Internet company or leading recruitment agencies. Experience in business/corporate talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a significant plus.
• Fluency in English is required for seamless coordination with global partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven expertise with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in Market Mapping for global or Asia markets.
• A successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• A genuine positive interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
