- Managing and tracking job postings across various platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Reviewing applications, screening resumes, and pre-qualifying candidates against role requirements.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers.
- Crafting and sending timely, courteous applicant communications and follow-ups.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and status updates within applicant tracking systems.
- Assisting with onboarding logistics, including document collection and HR file setup.
- Supporting internal tracking of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Conducting preliminary outreach for candidate sourcing to educational institutions and professional networks.
- Ensuring consistent adherence to company standards, confidentiality, and data protection policies.
- Collaborating with HR and department leads to continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
📌 Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruitment support role (internship experience is acceptable).
