As a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Professional Counselor (LPC) with EPH, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality remote therapy services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients through secure video calls and electronic messaging platforms.
• Utilizing established therapy frameworks to collaboratively help clients define and achieve concrete, measurable goals.
• Treating a wide range of conditions across the life cycle, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, disordered eating, ADHD, pain management, grieving, and adjustment disorder.
• Diligently tracking client progress, providing consistent feedback, expert advice, and encouragement to foster sustained improvement.
• Continuously problem-solving with clients to identify obstacles and optimize strategies for goal achievement.
• Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.

We are looking for compassionate and skilled therapists who meet the following qualifications:

• A valid **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** or **Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)** license in the state of Virginia is strictly required.
• At least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience is preferred; however, highly motivated and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is essential for this remote role.
