As a Product Designer II, you will be integral to our vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring our products are both innovative and user-friendly. You will dive deep into customer and business needs to craft optimal user journeys. Your responsibilities include:

• Iteratively improving user experience within a dynamic small team setting.
• Guiding new features from initial ideation through prototyping, user testing, and into production.
• Designing simple and intuitive web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborating with our Design Systems team to define and document scalable design patterns and components.
• Actively participating in design reviews, seeking and incorporating specific feedback to refine your work.
• Executing on the product roadmap and contributing to product strategy definition.
• Engaging in daily collaboration with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about crypto and building the future of finance. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
• Proven experience designing compelling consumer-facing experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
• Demonstrated excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and clear written communication.
• Experience working effectively in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams.
• Fluency in Figma and various prototyping tools.
• A low ego, collaborative mindset, and openness to feedback.
• A strong interest in crypto or financial products.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for prototyping or coding is a plus.
