📄 Role Responsibilities

As an Educational Funding Assistant, you will be instrumental in guiding students through the financial aid application process. Your responsibilities include:
  • Generate lists of prospective students needing to complete the FAFSA through the school’s student database.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective students who need to complete their Federal Student Aid Identification (FSA ID) and FAFSA.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to applicants in creating their FSA ID and successfully completing the FAFSA.
  • Schedule primary financial aid appointments for prospective students with Educational Funding Specialists at appropriate campuses.
  • Contact and assist currently enrolled students to update and finalize any required FAFSA paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and ongoing activity updates within the school’s student database.
