- Acting as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders on all aspects of talent strategy and executive hiring.
- Leading full-cycle recruitment for critical global leadership and highly specialized technical roles, from initial search design to complex offer negotiation.
- Partnering closely with leadership to proactively anticipate future hiring needs and strategically build robust talent pipelines.
