As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital extension of our clients’ businesses, providing comprehensive support that enables them to thrive. Your flexible schedule will vary based on client needs, typically ranging from 2-5 hours to 15-20 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing personal errands and coordinating travel plans.
  • Efficiently managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Preparing detailed weekly and daily priority lists or reports.
  • Performing data entry into CRMs, project management tools, and other software.
  • Coordinating seamlessly with other team members like bookkeepers and social media managers.
  • Promptly responding to client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Conducting research on topics such as podcasts, speaking opportunities, or current marketing trends.
  • Preparing meeting action items and drafting follow-up emails.
