DLT & Crypto AML Officer Job November 2025

As a Legal Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, vendor/service agreements, marketing agreements, and business partnership contracts.
• Coordinating the execution of legal documents, ensuring proper record-keeping and organized storage of signed copies.
• Providing essential translation support for legal and business documents between Bahasa Indonesia and English as needed.
• Handling day-to-day legal inquiries and offering timely, accurate, and practical legal advice across various business functions (e.g., marketing, procurement, business development).
• Conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations, identifying updates, and analyzing their potential impact on company operations.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and supporting the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and license applications.
• Liaising with external legal counsel, coordinating communications, compiling supporting materials, and assisting in the implementation of legal recommendations.
• Maintaining close coordination and regular communication with Legal Counsel and VP – LCG regarding task progress and outcomes.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is preferred.
• Proven proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
• 1-2 years of proven experience working within a legal team.
• Prior experience working in a law firm and/or a tech startup (especially in the crypto or financial industry) is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with various stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Possession of a good attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high degree of initiative.
