📄 Job Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our event sponsorship revenue and nurturing key client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Acquisition & Sales:

  • Prospect and qualify high-value sponsorship leads across the crypto, DeFi, AI, Web3, FinTech, and blockchain sectors.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs to secure business.
  • Negotiate contracts and consistently close deals to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsorship clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Drive repeat business and generate referrals through proactive communication and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling by continuously analyzing client needs and industry trends.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM effectively to monitor growth, performance, maintain accurate customer details, and create precise sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular, transparent updates on account status, revenue projections, and market insights.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable event sponsorship strategies.

Event Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (production, marketing, operations) to ensure flawless event experiences for sponsors.
  • Attend events to actively support client engagement and strengthen relationships face-to-face.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to continuously refine and evolve our sponsorship offerings.

  • Proven experience in business development or partnership roles within the crypto, Web3, tech, or event industry. This is not an entry-level position.

  • A strong, established network of contacts within the blockchain and crypto ecosystem.
  • Expertise in CRM management, with the ability to effectively enter and maintain a sales pipeline; Salesforce proficiency is strongly preferred.
