📄 Job Description
- Extracting, normalizing, and securely storing critical data from various blockchain networks, including Ethereum, L2s like Arbitrum, and Solana, along with relevant DeFi protocols.
- Designing and implementing highly secure Solidity/EVM smart contracts to facilitate data adapters, robust allocation validation, and efficient rule evaluation within decentralized financial systems.
- Building and maintaining essential backend services that seamlessly integrate on-chain data with our internal systems and external APIs.
- Developing robust and thoroughly testable logic for event ingestion, sophisticated data orchestration, and secure state transitions.
- Implementing advanced security features such as access controls, pausability mechanisms, comprehensive monitoring solutions, and meticulous on-chain and off-chain audit trails.
- Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to design resilient, auditable, and fully automated financial workflows.
- Contributing to shared libraries and continuously improving tooling for data ingestion, validation, and in-depth analysis.
📌 Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, backend services, and automation tasks.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Solidity, EVM tooling (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle), and practical DeFi integrations.
- Practical experience with decentralized data indexing tools such as The Graph (subgraphs), Alchemy, Infura, Dune, Flipside, or other custom indexing solutions.
- A solid understanding of decentralized data models, event-driven architectures, and effective data indexing strategies.
- A proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and secure code, accompanied by thorough testing and rigorous code reviews.
- Experience in owning deliverables end-to-end and a proven ability to thrive in distributed, asynchronous team environments.
- A strong background in fintech, data engineering, or DeFi infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in C++ or Java for developing performance-sensitive components.
- Experience with formal verification, managing bug bounty programs, or coordinating security audits.
- Familiarity with time-series and relational data models.
- Exposure to infrastructure basics, including containers (Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform); knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
- Clear, structured communication, strong ownership, and the ability to break down complex problems to deliver independently while being a reliable team player.
