- Lead BCI’s social media strategy across major platforms: X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Develop and manage a flexible editorial calendar, balancing proactive campaign content with agile, real-time responses.
- Ensure all digital content consistently reflects BCI’s distinct tone, strategic priorities, and overarching communication goals.
- Coordinate closely with the Senior Communications Manager for cohesive narrative development and integrated cross-platform messaging.
- Launch, manage, and meticulously report on multi-channel campaigns for critical events, policy initiatives, publications, and key partnerships.
- Optimize all visual and written content to maximize platform-specific engagement and ensure robust digital accessibility.
Real-Time Engagement:
- Actively monitor climate news, policy developments, and technology trends to facilitate timely and relevant online conversations.
- Provide comprehensive live-tweeting and social coverage during significant events such as COP, ISO meetings, or major global summits.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, journalists, and climate-tech stakeholders through various social channels.
Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors to brief, adapt, and tailor visual content for optimal performance on each platform.
