As a Virtual Assistant with myVA Rocks, you won’t just take orders; you’ll be a proactive partner, brainstorming solutions and making a tangible difference in our clients’ professional lives. You’ll serve several clients simultaneously, ensuring a flexible, interesting, and engaging workday. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with busy professionals and business owners to identify and implement solutions that streamline their operations.
  • Managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely appointments.
  • Handling bookkeeping tasks and financial organization.
  • Conducting thorough research and compiling reports.
  • Preparing professional documents, agendas, and presentations.
  • Arranging travel itineraries and accommodations.
  • Efficiently managing email inboxes and communications.
  • Spearheading special projects and initiatives.
  • Specializing in areas like copywriting, content creation, or organizing chaotic digital files (e.g., Google Drive).
  • Maintaining a hyper-flexible schedule, with approximately 20 hours per week available during business hours to connect with clients.

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in a remote or in-person office setting.
