📄 Job Description
- Aiding teachers in maintaining consistency in the online classroom and student development.
- Communicating effectively with students and parents regarding lessons and progress.
- Providing high-quality, timely feedback on assignments across various disciplines and grade levels.
- Supporting teachers with online classroom management, including setting up sections, posting announcements, and managing video sessions.
- Leading and proctoring multiple face-to-face student assessment events, requiring extensive in-state travel by car.
- Ensuring student safety through adherence to strict sign-in and sign-out procedures during testing sessions.
- Participating actively in company events, activities, and meetings with a positive attitude.
📌 Requirements
- An Associate’s degree or comparable work experience demonstrating proficiency in the Special Education (SPED) academic subject area.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Two (2) years of experience working in an educational setting (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and serve others with humility, kindness, empathy, and joy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with teachers, students, and parents.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confirmed ability to travel extensively by car in-state to lead face-to-face student testing events.
- Strong technical background, preferably with experience using the Google suite.
- Ability to pass a required background check.
- Commitment to working between 15-28 hours per week.
