As a Senior Solana Blockchain Engineer at Seedify, you will be at the forefront of Web3 innovation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Designing, developing, and deploying robust Solana smart contracts using Rust and the Anchor framework.
• Crafting Solidity or Vyper contracts for seamless cross-chain integrations across EVM-compatible blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche).
• Developing and optimizing programs for complex tokenomics models, including staking, liquidity pools, farming, and IDOs, prioritizing gas efficiency, security, and modularity.
• Implementing and maintaining various token standards such as Solana SPL tokens, ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, and ERC4626.
• Integrating smart contracts with both backend and frontend systems using leading Web3 libraries like ethers.js, web3.js, or @solana/web3.js.
• Building and maintaining critical infrastructure such as cross-chain bridges, indexing pipelines, and sophisticated transaction monitoring services.
• Collaborating closely with DevOps teams to automate smart contract deployment pipelines and manage RPC infrastructure.
• Developing backend APIs and microservices using TypeScript/Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS, Fastify).
• Integrating blockchain logic with various backend components, including databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and caching layers.
• Ensuring strong observability, fault-tolerance, and robust error recovery mechanisms through comprehensive logging and monitoring.
• Conducting rigorous code reviews, enforcing stringent security best practices, and preparing contracts for external audits.
• Implementing thorough unit, integration, and fuzz tests for both on-chain and off-chain components.
• Actively collaborating with auditors during formal security reviews and implementing all recommended remediations efficiently.

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual with a strong commitment to the Web3 space. Essential qualifications include:

• 3-5+ years of extensive experience in Solana blockchain development, coupled with experience on other major blockchains such as Ethereum, Base, BNB/BSC, Polygon, or Avalanche.
• Proven expertise with at least one EVM-compatible blockchain.
• A strong foundation in backend engineering, specifically with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating smart contracts into production-grade systems.
• A track record of mentoring junior engineers, conducting thorough code reviews, and leading impactful technical discussions.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills, particularly in a remote and asynchronous work environment.

Desirable Skills & Interests:

• Keen interest in the broader Web3 ecosystem, including wallets & transactions, IDOs & ICOs, DeFi (staking, farming, liquidity pools), and omnichain solutions.
