📄 Job Description

Your responsibilities in this role will primarily focus on working with the Firm’s operational team to provide clerical and organizational support through:
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences effectively.
  • Training Administration: Schedule training events, oversee enrollment, confirm attendance, and administer on-site or virtual checklists for training.
  • Annual Events & Compliance: Coordinate holiday gifts for consultants and clients, and facilitate annual review and updates of consultant paperwork (e.g., I9s, profiles, certifications).
  • Data & Administrative Tasks: Perform accurate data entry, manage databases, and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense report processing.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, book accommodations, and manage detailed travel itineraries for team members.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or organizational support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and virtual meeting platforms, especially **Zoom**.
