📄 Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent Showing Assistant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, directly impacting client satisfaction and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Successfully completing the KW Bothell New Agent Launch or Existing Agent Launch program.
  • Collaborating with a sales agent to expertly guide clients through home viewings.
  • Providing detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria based on showings.
  • Drafting and negotiating offers on behalf of sales agents and clients.
  • Engaging in lead generation activities for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
  • Actively participating in weekly script practice and other team activities as per standards.
  • Committing to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, ongoing trainings, and Partner Calls.
  • Diligently tracking all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
