📄 Job Description
- Lead and fully own a $500M equity raise, targeting a $5B valuation, by designing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key institutional investors, including strategic fintech partners, sovereign wealth funds, VC/PE firms, and family offices, delivering compelling pitches.
- Collaborate closely with internal finance, legal, product, and operations teams to develop precise financial models, impactful investor presentations, and a cohesive equity story.
- Continuously monitor global capital market trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights and iteratively refine the overall fundraising approach.
- Identify, rigorously assess, and lead end-to-end M&A processes, from initial sourcing and due diligence through to successful integration.
